Manslaughter The accidental or unintentional killing of one person by another person
Indictable offence Very serious cases like theft, murder, manslaughter, child abuse
Summary offence Less serious cases like running a red light, minor assault, going 3 km over speed limit
Rule of law The rule of law is the concept that both the government and citizens know the law and obey it
