| Presbyopia | A form of farsightedness causes eye to lose focus. From loss of elasticity in crystalline lens. Caused from advancing age. |
| Myopia | Light comes to focus in front of retina. vision better for nearby objects. commonly called nearsightedness.Happens when eyeball is abnormally long from front to back. |
| Astigmatism | Refractive error when light entering eye is focused unevenly. Caused by variations in the curvature over lens or cornea. Creates out of focus vision. |
