Health A state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirnity.
Health Status Level of health
Life Expectancy An indication of how long a person is expected to live
Incidence The number of rate of new cases of particular condition occuring during a specific time
Prevalence The proportion of cases of particular disease or condition present in a population at a given time
Trends A long-term general movement or change in frequency
Morbidity The rate at which a particular or disease or illness occurs
Mortality The number of deaths caused by a particular disease
Disabilty adjusted life years (DALYs) A measure of burden of disease. 1 DALYS equals to one year of healthy life lost due to premature death and time lived with illness or disease.
