4. Eat Balanced Every meal should include whole grains and lean protein
5. Eat Lean Protein isn't stored to consume it daily
6. Eat Bright All Fruits and Vegetables: The brighter the better
7. Eat Variety No Single Good can supply all the nutrients in the amounts you need
8. Eat Slow It takes 20mins for the brain to realize that you're full. Speed eating doubles your weight gain.
9. Eat Fresh Live food sustains nutrients
10. Eat Whole Easy to digest & has plenty of Vitamins
