| Physical Fitness | The ability to handle the demands of everyday life without becoming overly tired |
| Coordination | The smooth and effective working together of your muscles and bones |
| Balance | A feeling of stability and control over your body |
| Aerobic Exercise | Rhythmic, nonstop, moderate to vigorous activity that requires large amounts of oxygen |
| Cardiovascular Endurance | Measure of how efficiently your heart and lungs work when you exercise |
| Muscle Strength | Thee most weight you can lift or the most strength you can exert at one time |
| Muscle Endurance | A measure of a muscle's ability to repeatedly expert a force over a prolonged period of time |
| Flexibility | The ability of you body's joints to move through full range of motion |
| Body Composition | The ratio of body fat the lean body tissue |

| Resting Heart Rate | The number of times your heart beats while resting |

| Triceps | Straighten your arm at the elbow |
