Do you know what each category in Sources of Strength means?

TermDefinition
Family Support the people in our family, whether immediate, extended, or family of choice, who support, nature, and care for us
Positive Friends the people in our life who lift us up and make us laugh; they are honest with us, and are there for us when we need them
Mentors people in our life that we look up to and cheer us on; they listen we need it, give us advice and help us learn new things
Healthy Activities the things that we DO that help us regulate our emotions (ex. sports, art, music, games, etc.)
Generosity to be GIVING and show kindness to others
Spirituality the people, places and practices that lift our spirit and connect us to something bigger than ourselves
Physical Health the way that we care for our BODIES; can include eating healthy, exercise, staying clean and getting enough sleep
Mental Health the health of our MINDS; the way we feel, behave and interact with others
