Acidos Grasos Trans Tipo de aido graso formado durante el proceso de hidrogenacion industrial de ls aceites (margarinas y mantecas) riesgo cardiovascular
Aditivo Sustancia de caracter natural o sintetico añadida en pequeñas cantidades para conservar o mejorar caract.propias del alimento
Agentes contaminantes Seres vivos como virus ,bacterias,parasitos, contaminan alimentos y generan enfermedad
Alimento producto natural o elaborado , para ser ingerido y digerido , caract. apto y agradable al consumo, mezcal de nutrientes que cumplen determinadas funciones en el organismo
Alimento Sano alimento queaporta energia y nutrientes que el organismo necesita se encunetra libre de contaminacion
Alimento Adulterado alimento modificadopor el hombre ,alterando caracteisticas por la extraccion o sustitución de componentes ,ejemplo leche a la que se le agrega agua.
Alimento Contaminado alimento con microorganismos como bacterias, virus , hongos o toxinas producidas por microorganismos , tambian por sustancias como detergente tierra o insecticidas
Alimento Seguro Alimento libre de contaminación por bacterias virus parasitos sustancias quimicas o agentes fisicos , Tambien llamado INOCUO
Alimento Transgenico obtenido de un organismo modificado por ing. genetica o alimento , se incorporan genes de otra sespecies para aumentar suvida util, mas resistente a plagas o aumentar su contenido nutrimental
Alimentacion Proceso Consciente y voluntario de ingerir alimentos parasatisfacer la necesidad de comer
