What are important functions of the liver? recycles iron, stores sugar, produces bile, removes wastes, stores vitamins and minerals
What are times you should drink additional liquids? during hot weather, after strenuous exercise, if you are sick with a fever, vomiting, or diarrhea
What are good health habits you practice that aid good digestion? chew your food thoroughly; do not overeat; eat at regular times; eat food containing fiber every day; drink at least large glasses of liquids daily; exercise regularly; relax for a while before and after meals; keep your mealtimes pleasant
