WHAT IS MUSCULAR ENDURANCE? | The muscles ability to do a repetitive movement many times . |
WHY IS MUSCLE FITNESS IMPORTANT? | Because you can perform daily tasks more efficiently and improve your bone density and stability of your skeleton structure. |
WHY IS MUSCLE FITNESS IMPORTANT? | It reduces the risk of injury, improves appearance, and raised BMR. |
HOW DO YOU INCREASE MUSCULAR STRENGTH? | By working out near the max weight you can with few reps. |
HOW DO YOU INCREASE MUSCULAR ENDURANCE? | By working the muscles with light weight but many times. |
WHAT IS A SET? | one group of repetitions |
WHAT IS OVERLOAD? | Overload is lifting more weight or more times than your muscles are used too, |
WHAT IS PROGRESSION? | As you get stronger, you have to increase weight and reps to get the same increase of strength. |
WHAT IS SPECIFICITY? | Your strength/endurance will only improve the muscles you are working. |
What does S.M.A.R.T stand for? | Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Reasonable, and Timley. |
