Stress Management Skills Skills that help you reduce and manage stress in your life.
Advocacy Taking action to influence others to address a health related belief.
Values The ideas Beliefs and attitudes about what is important that help guid the way you live.
Decisions Making Skills Are steps that enable you to make healthful decisions.
Goals Those things you aim for take planning and work.
Short time Goal Is a goal that you plan in a short time period.
Long time Goal Is a goal that you plan in a long time period.
Action Plan Is a multi step strategy to identify and achieve
Health Consumer Someone who Purchase or use health products or services.
Advertising Is a written or spoken media message designed to interest consumers in purchasing a product or service.
Comparison Shopping Or judging the benefits of different products by comparing several factors suggest quality, feature and cost.
Warranty A company's or a store's agreement to repair products or even your money in the pot doesn't function properly.
Consumer Advocates People or groups who sole purpose is to take regional, national or even international consumer issues.
Malpractice Failure by A health professional to meet exceptional standards.
Health Fraud The sale of worthless products or services that claim to prevent diseases or cure other health problems.
