| Mental/Emotional Health | Understanding of and attention to the variety of feelings and emotions within each person. |
| Social Health | Interactions with your community and with others. |
| Spiritual Health | The meaning of your life’s purpose that aligns with your values and beliefs. |
| Intellectual Wellness | You value learning and critical thinking, you desire new knowledge, and you are informed and globally aware. |
| Financial Wellness | The role of money and finances and the ability to access and maintain good health. Financial wellness includes financial goals, access to credit, available income, budgeting, and savings in order to achieve realistic goals and live within one's means. |
| Multicultural Wellness | You are aware of and understand that each person has a diverse set of experiences that shapes their view of health & well-being. |
| Environmental Wellness | You recognize the relationship between your health and your environmental surroundings. |
| Occupational Wellness | The level to which you engage in, receive satisfaction from, and pursue a career opportunities in line with your values and goals. |
