Health The combination of physical mental emotional and social will.
Spiritual health A deep sense meeting in purpose in life.
Wellness An overall sense of well-being or total health.
Chronic disease An outgoing condition or illness.
Heredity All the traits that were biologically passed to you by your parents.
Environment The sum of your surroundings.
Peers People are the same age with similar interest.
Media Various methods for communicating information.
Technology Radio ,television and market.
Risk behaviors Actions that can risk the health of others and you
Cumulative risk The combination of risks posed by aggregate exposure to multiple agents or stressors
Prevention Taking steps to keep something for happening or getting worse.
Abstinence A deliberated decision to avoid high risk behavior such as sex and alcohol and other drugs
Lifestyle Factors The person habit or behaviors related to the way a person lives.
Health education Providing accurate health info and health skill to help to live a healthy life.
Healthy people A state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
Health disparities Different health outcomes among groups.
Healthy literacy A person's capacity to learn about and understand basic health information.
