Communication Act of exchanging of information.
Slang Language of informal words and phrases.
Labeling Describing a person with a word that limits them.
Courteous Polite; considerate toward others
Gesture Motions of a part of the body to express feelings or emotions.
Work Ethic Values based on hard work and diligence.
Cultural Competence Ability to interact effectively with people of different cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Etiquette Rules of acceptable social behaviors.
Observation Something that is noted or recorded.
Subjective Related to a symptom or condition perceived ty the patient and by the examiner.
Objective Related to a symptom or condition perceived by some one other than the patient.
Flushed Showing reddening of the skin.
Distress Great pain or suffering.
Documentation A record of somethin, such as a patient's progress.
Notation The act of noting, marking, or setting down in writing.
Chart To write observations or recording patient cares.
Legible Capable of being read easily.
Narrative A story of accounts of events.
Graphic Chart A visual record of data in graphic or tabular form.
Confidential Limited to persons auth0rized to use information or documents.
