Don't go out alone especially at night, walk purposefully, and call for help if you need it On the street

5 Things to help you after sexual assault 1. Make sure you are away from any further harm 2. Call for help 3. Don't change ANYTHING about yourself or your environment 4. Ask someone to take you to the hospital 5. Seek therapy or counseling
