Painful lesions at site of contact. Multiple vesicles that turn into ulcerations Genital Herpes Exam, culture, biopsy, antibody testing Antivirals. Won't cure, just shorten duration. Ice pack/baking soda

Smooth/firm/painless mass in the testicles. May see breast enlargement/tenderness Testicular Cancer Exam, ultrasound, CT, biopsy Surgery, radiation/chemo
Aching, spasmodic, cramping pains in lower abdomen that radiates to thighs, back, genitalia. Headache, nausea, diarrhea, fatigue, irritability, dizziness/fainting. Dysmenorrhea History/exam. Cervical culture, abdominal ultrasound Treat underlying cause. Analgesics, NSAIDs, aspirin, heat, oral birth control. Whole grains, legumes, fruit/veggies, nuts. Avoid sugars, alcohol caffeine, dairy, salt.
May be asymptomatic. Large ones cause pain, dyspareunia. Seek medical attention for fever, vomiting, faintness/dizziness. Ovarian Cysts/tumors Exam, ultrasound, CT Watchful monitoring. Surgery may be needed
Dysmenorrhea, low-back/vaginal pain. Dyspareunia, dysuria, painful poop. Pain at location of displaced tissue. Endometriosis Exam, laparoscopy to see displaced endometrium Pain meds, hormone therapy, birth control pills, laparoscopy to destroy displaced endometrium.

Pink/brown discharge precedes cramping and increased vaginal bleeding Spontaneous Abortion Pelvic exam, lab studies, expelled uterine contents D&C
