NAD | No Acute Distress: The patient does not display any intense symptoms. |

ICU | Intensive Care Unit: A hospital unit in which is concentrated special equipment and specially trained personnel for the care of seriously ill patients requiring immediate and continuous attention. |
Past Medical History | Patients other significant past illnesses, like high blood pressure, asthma, or diabetes. |
Family History | Any significant illnesses that run in the patients family members: parents, siblings, grandparent, aunt, uncle a summary of diseases (Cardiovascular disease, cancer and others. |
