Overload Principle Tired +1; increase F.I.T.T ingredients to see greater improvement

Conditioning High level training to get in shape specific to your performance or skill
Performance Activity in which you will be evaluated or given feedback
Cardio Heart

Cardiovascular endurance Ability of your heart and lungs to work for a long time
Strength Ability to move a load or withstand force
Flexibility Ability to move your joints to move through their full range of motion

Meditation Practice of mentally clearing your mindedness calming your body ; mental exercise
