refusal skills strategy to avoid doing something you don't want to do
dietary guidelines a set of suggestions designed to help people develop healthy eating habits and increase physical activity levels
saturated fat typically solid at room temperature, i.e. butter, can cause arterial blockage
malnutrition poor nourishment caused by lack of nutrients
overweight weighs more than is considered healthy or attractive
