What is health? The condition of a person's body, mind, or spirit.
What are risk factors? The exposure of a individual that increases there chances of getting a disease or injury.
What is enviorment? The surroundings of which something operates in or lives in.
What are cumulative factors? When something starts off small and starts to become a bigger issue over time
What is abstinence? The choice to not be sexually active until your of age.
What is wellness? When your in good health.
What is prevention? The action of stopping somethin before it happens.
What are lifestyle factors? The factors of life that contributes greatly to the development of serious diseases.
What is heredity? When physical or mental charcteristics are passed geneticly from one person to another.
What is culture? The beliefs or customs of a paticuar society/religion.
What are peers? The people that surroud us the most.
What are values? A person's personal judgements o the importance of life
What is self-esteem? Its the confidence in one's self
