Stress A term used to describe a physical, social, or psychological event or circumstance that disturbs the body's "normal" state and to which the body tries to adapt. Disturbed physical/emotional state experienced as a result of such circumstances/events.

What is the 10% rule? Increase your program frequency, intensity, duration by no more than 10% per week.
How many dimensions of wellness are there? 6; social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, intellectual, physical.
