| Balance | The act of being able to level out evenly |
| Coordination | Coordination is the organization of ones body and movement that allows them to work effiiciently |
| speed | Being able to move very quickly |
| Power | Being able to have allot of strength and force |
| Reaction Time | Reaction time is the amount of time it takes for your body to notice or be aware of something |
| Over Load | excessive amount or burden of something |
| Cross-Training | The action of practicing or training more than one role or skill |
| Aerobic | exercise that is intended to use to improve your cardiovascular system |
| Anaerobic | not doing exercise that is not intended to improve the efficiency of the body's cardiovascular system |
| Warm-Up | Preparing for something by exercising or practicing beforehand |
| Cool Down | Relaxing and allowing your body to engage in less exercise |
| Resting Heart Rate | number of times you heart beats per minute at rest before or after exercising |
| Target Heart Rate | Minimal number of heartbeats in a given amount of time |
| Progression | To improve over time |
| Specifically | act of being clear and percise |
| Creatine | Compound of protein and metabolism that involves in the supply of energy for muscular concentration |
| Anabolic Steroids | steroid hormone that resembles testosterone that helps the growth of the muscle |
| Cross-Fit | a high-intensity fitness activity that includes elements from several sports and types of exercise. |
