Data collection In healthcare organizations, this falls into one of three categories: patient-specific, aggregated, or comparative
Data repository Technology used to facilitate PI activities and long-range strategic planning.
Information management The process of collecting, analyzing, protecting, and discussing data and informationfor PI projects /programs.
Standardization An important aspect of utilizing information systems in PI activities that facilitates the use of data.
Information Warehouse Allow organizations to store reports presentations, profiles, and graphics interpreted and developed from stores of data for reuse in subsequent organizational activities.
PERT Chart Depicts a network of activities and time required to complete said activities epresented by arrows, circles, ovals, and/or bubbles.
Harmonious Cohesiveness The stage of project team development in which teammembers work together easily
Change Management A group of techniques that help individuals understand the proces of change and accept PI in work processes.
Freezing One of the 3 phases of change
Ending The cahnge phase that is characterized by grief and letting go
