spotting technique where the climber's partner stands below the climber with arms out
dyno the move where a climber jumps from one hold to another
undercling a hold that is facing down the rock and is gripped with the palm up
mantle the move where you press down with one or both hands, like getting out of a pool.
slope hold that must be gripped with an open hand
