What does it mean for a goal to be attainable? must be physically possible not something like "I want to run a marathon in 30 minutes"
Muscular Strength the ability to exert maximal force against a resistance in a single effort
How does someone with a growth mindset view mistake/failure? learning experience
What does it mean for a goal to be measurable? knowing whether or not the goal is completed "I want to run for 30 minutes 3 times a week"
Growth Mindset believes that skill and intelligence can be developed and grown
Health physical body is free of disease, ailment, or injury
