Fitness Level Your knowledge and exercising experience added to your current fitness routines.
Long-Term Goals Goals that can be achieved over a long period of time.
Short-Term Goals Goals that you will achieve in the near future.
Measurable Goal that can be measured.
Attainable A goal that is capable of being accomplished.
Realistic A goal that is challenging but possible.
Time-Limited A goal that can be accomplished in a set period of time.

Anaerobic Without Oxygen
F.I.T.T. Principle Frequency, Intensity, Time, and Type.
Specific Make your goal as detailed as you can.
Frequency- F.I.T.T. Principle How often you do the activity each week.
Intensity- F.I.T.T. Principle How hard you work at the activity per session.
Time/duration- F.I.T.T. Principle How much time you devote to a session.
Type- F.I.T.T. Principle Which activities you select.
