PE Goal Setting
| Term | Definition |

| Fitness Level | Your knowledge and exercising experience added to your current fitness routines. |
| Long-Term Goals | Goals that can be achieved over a long period of time. |
| Short-Term Goals | Goals that you will achieve in the near future. |
| Measurable | Goal that can be measured. |
| Attainable | A goal that is capable of being accomplished. |
| Realistic | A goal that is challenging but possible. |
| Time-Limited | A goal that can be accomplished in a set period of time. |
| Aerobic | With Oxygen |
| Anaerobic | Without Oxygen |
| F.I.T.T. Principle | Frequency, Intensity, Time, and Type. |
| Specific | Make your goal as detailed as you can. |
| Frequency- F.I.T.T. Principle | How often you do the activity each week. |
| Intensity- F.I.T.T. Principle | How hard you work at the activity per session. |
| Time/duration- F.I.T.T. Principle | How much time you devote to a session. |
| Type- F.I.T.T. Principle | Which activities you select. |
