TermDefinition
Addiction Is a mental or physical need for a drug or other substance.
Withdrawal Is the unpleasant symptoms that someone experiences when they stop.
Physiological Dependance Is a persons belief that he or she needs to function normally.
Physical Dependance Is an addiction in which the body develops a chemical need for it.
Tolerance Is the body's needs for larger amounts of fading to produce the same result.
Target Audience Is a group of people for which a product is intended.
Media Literacy Is the ability to understand the goals for advertising and the media.
Product Placement Is when a company pays to show its products in media by celebrities.
