Conflict any clash of ideas or interests

Body Language Communication that is done with gestures or facial expressions
Active Listening Hearing and responding to what is being said
Negotiation The act of discussing The issues of a conflict to reach an agreement
Compromise A solution to a conflict in which each side give up something in order to reach an agreement
Collaboration A solution in which both sides work together to get what they want
Mediation A neutral third person listens to both sides to try to resolve a conflict
Peer Mediation someone close to your age acts as a mediator
Intimidation The act of frightening others through the use of threatening words or body language
Bully A person who constantly picks on or beats up others
Sibling rivalry Competition between brothers and sisters
Tolerance Respect other people's opinions and beliefs.
Aggression any action that is hostile or threatening to another person
Violence Physical force used to cause damage or injury
Emotions Feelings
Neutrality Not taking sides
Confidentiality Keeping things secret
Possessions Something you own
