What are allergies? An unusual sensitivity to a substance that normally does not affect most people.
Why do allergies happen? To protect us from infections.
What are the chances of being allergic, when your parents are? If one parent is : 20%-40% Both parents: 70%

Most common allergies: Dust, food, mold, and pets.
Medications that can be used to treat allergies are known as: Antihistamines
