Endurance the ability to perform vigorous physical activity without getting overly tired
Heart/Lung Endurance the a of your heart and lungs to work effectively when you exercise
Muscle Endurance the ability of a muscle to repeatedly exert a force over periods of time
Aerobic Exercise nonstop moderate of vigorous activity that requires large amounts of oxygen Examples: Lacrosse, jogging, rowing
Anerobic Exercise intense physical activity that requires little oxygen
Flexibility the ability of your body's joints to move easily through full range
Body Composition ratio of body fat to lean body tissue
Frequency number of days you work out each week
Intensity how much energy you use when you work out
THR (Target Heart Rate)number of heartbeats per mintue
