Circumcision excision of the foreskin of the glans penis
Hypospadias birth/congenital defect where the opening of the urethra is on the underside, rather than at the end of the penis.
Chordee Condition where the head of the penis curves downward (in ventral direction) or upward at the junction of the glans & shaft. Often combined with hypospadias

What is a Plastibell? Clear plastic ring w/handle. Has a deep groove running circumgerentially. 6 sizes
What is GOMCO circumcision? Circumcision technique where a dorsal split is made in the foreskin, separating it from the glans.
Balanitis Inflammation of th glans penis, overlying prepuce
Chordee Condition where the head of the penis curves downward or upward, at the junction of the glans & shaft. Often combined with hypospadias

Meaotomy Straight hemostat placed on ventral surface of meatus, incision made along the frenum, opening is enlarged.

Epispadias Congenital anomaly appearance of an open urethra on the dorsal aspect of the penis.
Balanic epispadias Urethra opens on the dorsum of the glans

Cryptorchidism Condition where the testicles do not descend from the pelvic cavity into the scrotum.
Orchiopexy Procedure where the surgeon fastens an undescended testicle inside the scrotum, usually w/absorbable sutures. 4-0 Prolene likely
Hydrocele Abnormal accumulation of fluid in the scrotum
Hydrocelectomy Procedure to repair hydrocele.
Orchiectomy Surgical removal of one or both testicles
Varioceletomy High ligation of the gonadal veins of the testes
Vasectomy Excision of a segment of the vas deferens
Vasovasostomy Surgical reanastomosis of the vas deferens
