Hypospadias | birth/congenital defect where the opening of the urethra is on the underside, rather than at the end of the penis. |
Chordee | Condition where the head of the penis curves downward (in ventral direction) or upward at the junction of the glans & shaft. Often combined with hypospadias |

What is GOMCO circumcision? | Circumcision technique where a dorsal split is made in the foreskin, separating it from the glans. |
Balanitis | Inflammation of th glans penis, overlying prepuce |

Hydrocele | Abnormal accumulation of fluid in the scrotum |
Hydrocelectomy | Procedure to repair hydrocele. |
Orchiectomy | Surgical removal of one or both testicles |
Varioceletomy | High ligation of the gonadal veins of the testes |
Vasectomy | Excision of a segment of the vas deferens |
Vasovasostomy | Surgical reanastomosis of the vas deferens |
