What is the FITT principle? what is it used for? F= frequency I= intensity T=time T=type, used to plan exercise
Consequences of not staying hydrated while exercising? cramping, dizziness, heatstroke
What is RICE? what is it used for? method of treating minor injuries R=rest I= ice C=compression E= elevation
What are anabolic steroids? drugs people use to increase muscle size, strength, endurance, speed
What are 3 side effects of anabolic steroids? facial hair, roid rage, high blood pressure
