What are ways you can apply pain? Nail-Bed Pinch, Earlobe Pinch, and sternum Rub
What do you do if they are unresponsive? 1. Call 9-1-1 2. Check their A,B,c 3. Give CPR if no breathing
What are the A,B,C? A-Airway B-Breathing C-Circulation
How do you perfom A? Keep hand on forehead and two hands on bony part of chin lift up chin and tilt head back
How do you perform B? Look, listen, and feel for breathing for 10 seconds
What is agonal breathing? Is bodys last attempt for air. is a sign of death
How do you perform C? Check for pulse
What are the four sections of the spine? 1. Cervical 2. Thoracic 3. Lumbar 4. Sacrum
Where does the spine run from? Base of the skull to the tailbone
What runs inside the spine? Nerves
What happens if the spine if damaged? Lose function of body higher up more function they use
what are the top four causes of spine injuries? Car Wrecks, Falls, Violence, and Sports Injuries
