Because on hot days or whenever involved in strenuous activity, large drops of perspiration often form on your skin cooling your body by drawing away heat when the perspiration evaporates.so in humid weather ,perspiration also collects next section
On the skin faster than it evaporates as a result you feel hotter ona humid day than on a less humid day.
