Flexibility is the range of motion at the joint and is specific to each joint.
Muscular Strength is the amount of force, that can be exerted by a single muscle contraction. It is specific to a muscle/group.
Muscular Endurance refers to the ability to sustain or repeat muscle contraction. It is specific to a muscle/group.
Cardiovascular Fitness refers to the efficiency of the heart, blood vessels, lungs in delivering oxygen and glucose the muscles, and removing Carbon Dioxide during continuous vigorous activity.
Body Mass and Composition the percent of fat on one's body, less fat, less strain on your on your heart.
