Muscular Strength | The ability of a muscle or muscles to push or pull with its/their total force

Muscular Endurance | The muscles' ability to work over a long period of time without becoming tired

Flexibility | The muscles' ability to move a joint through a full range of motion

Cardiorespiratory Endurance | The ability of the heart and lungs to supply enough oxygen to the body during long periods of physical activity

Body Composition | The difference between fat-free mass and fat mass

Resistance Training | An activity that places an additional force against the muscle or muscle group
