| Torah | The five books given to Moses for the Jews, which is also the first five books of the Christian Bible. |
| Gospels | Accounts of Jesus' life and teachings contained in the Bible. |
| Moses | A Jew and prophet who led the Hebrews/Israelites to the promised land of Israel. |
| New Testament | The second part of the Christain Bible which contains the Gospels and the teachings of early Christians. |
| Ten Commandments | Rules that Jews believe were given to Moses by God. |
| Abraham | The man that Jews believe was given a covenant by God and would mark the beginning of Judaism. |
| Yahweh | A sacred name used by the Jews for their god. |
| diaspora | The scattering, or spread, of Jews from Israel. |
| Holy Trinity | The Christian belief that their god is comprised of "the Father, the Son [Jesus], and the Holy Spirit". |
| Judaism | The religion of the Jews. |
| messiah | A belief found in both Christianity and Judaism that God has or will send a savior. |
| prophets | People that are believed to messengers of their god. |
| resurrection | The Christian belief that Jesus rose from the dead after his crucifixion. |
