Instrument Identification

Crile Hemostatic Forceps large forceps transverse serrations cover entire jaw jaws can be straight or curved used to momentarily stop blood flow in large blood vessels
Halsted Mosquito Hemostatic 5.5 inch length smaller thinner jaws transverse serrations cover entire jaw jaws can be straight or curved
Hartman Mosquito Hemostatic 3.5 inch length smallest with fine tips and fully serrated jaws used to halt blood flow for things like cauterization or ligation
Kelly Hemostatic Forceps serrations only cover half of the jaw used to clamp soft tissues and delicate blood vessels
