Name 3 hormones produced by the adrenal cortex. - aldosterone - adrenal sex hormones - mineralocorticoids - glucocorticoids - corticosterone
What stimulates the adrenal glands to produce hormones? ACTH
Name 3 functions of glucocorticoids. - metabolism - increase BG - depress inflammatory response - rapid conversion of protein to carbs.
