Does an appeal require members to gain recognition before speaking? An appeal does not require recognition before speaking.
What happens if the vote on a appeal results in a tie? If the vote on an appeal results in a tie, the chair is sustained.
Does an appeal require a second? An appeal requires a second.
What vote is required to pass an appeal? A majority vote or tie vote is required to sustain the chair.
