| How is an ultrasonic cleaner used | This passes high frequency sound waves through a solution to create a vibration that scrubs an object to remove debris – very important to remove the physical debris before sterilization ! |
| What should you do before placing instruments in an ultrasonic cleaner | Rinse all instruments of debris before submerging them in an enzyme bath Bathe instruments in Enzyme solution for no more than a few minutes Scrub and rinse instruments of any remaining debris |
