| Atlas | The uppermost vertebrae that enables you to say "yes." |
| Axis | The uppermost vertebrae that enables you to say "no." |
| Thoracic & Sacral Curve | The primary curves that the body is born with from the fetal position in the womb |
| Cervical & Lumbar Curve | Secondary curves of the spine and appears after birth when an infant lifts its head in prone position. |
| Lumbar Capability | Flexion, extension, and hyperextension. NO ROTATION |
| Thoracic Capability | Lateral flexion and rotation. Hyperextension is limited! |
