Muscular Endurance The ability of a muscle to continually contract for longer period of time.
Power The ability to combine speed and strength to do a strong movement.
Muscular Strength The ability of a muscle to produce maximum force to do a small amount of repetition.
Balance The ability to hold a position without moving.
Coordination The ability to use the correct muscle quickly and precisely.
Cardiovascular Endurance The ability of the heart and lungs to supply oxygen to our muscles during continous physical activity.
Flexibility The range of motion of joints and muscles.
Agility The ability to change direction quickly.
Reaction Time The amount of time it takes for a person to respond to a stimulus.
Body Composition The percentage of fat, bone, water and muscle in human bodies that determines leanness.
