| Term | Definition |

| Speed | The ability to get from point A to point B in shortest time. |
| Muscular Endurance | The ability of a muscle to continually contract for longer period of time. |
| Power | The ability to combine speed and strength to do a strong movement. |
| Muscular Strength | The ability of a muscle to produce maximum force to do a small amount of repetition. |
| Balance | The ability to hold a position without moving. |
| Coordination | The ability to use the correct muscle quickly and precisely. |
| Cardiovascular Endurance | The ability of the heart and lungs to supply oxygen to our muscles during continous physical activity. |
| Flexibility | The range of motion of joints and muscles. |
| Agility | The ability to change direction quickly. |
| Reaction Time | The amount of time it takes for a person to respond to a stimulus. |
| Body Composition | The percentage of fat, bone, water and muscle in human bodies that determines leanness. |
