Zheng He Starting in 1405 the Admiral Zheng He led a series of seven voyages from the shores of the Ming empire into the South China Sea and Indian Ocean.
Ethnocentrism Belief in the superiority in one's ethnic group.
Imperialism A policy of extending a country's power and influence through diplomacy or military force.
