Describa la patogenia de la Adenomatosis Intestinal porcina la bacteria L. intracellualris invade el citoplasma apical de las células de las criptas intestinales permaneciendo como parásito intracelular, promoviendo la proliferación de las células epiteliales de las criptas.
¿Cuáles son los signos clínicos de la Adenomatosis intestinal porcina? los animales afectados desarrollan disentería aguda y mueren en cuestion de días. mas común es la inmunidad pero en los cursos subagudos y cronicos presentan, anorexia, diarrea, perdida de peso, temp. corporal elevada y recuperación al cabo de 6 semanas.
¿Cuáles son las lesiones macroscópicas de la Adenomatosis intestinal porcina? Ocurren principalmente en el íleon, pero tambien pueden ser afectados yeyuno y ciego. presentan abundante sangre coagulada o cilindros de fibrina en el lumen del intestino. mucosa intestinal engrosada y corrugada, masas polipoides, necrosis difusa, etc.
¿Cuáles son las lesiones microscópicas de la Adenomatosis intestinal porcina? hiperplasia de las criptas de las vellosidades del intestino, debido a la proliferación de células epiteliales inmaduras. Ausencia de células de globet y fibroplasia en la lamina propia.
¿Qué tipo de diagnostico se utiliza para determinar Adenomatosis intestinal porcina? Estudio histopatologico, con muestras de intestino fijandolos en formol al 10% para teñirlas con hematoxicilina eosina y tincion de Warthin-Faulkner (tincion con sales de plata), el aislamiento bacteriológico es 100% confiable.
