| Right Wing | An offensive player sticking to the right side of the center

| Left Wing | An offensive player sticking to the left side of the center

| Assist | up to two players of the scoring team who shot, passed or deflected the puck towards the scoring teammate, or touched it in any other way which enabled the goal, meaning that they were "assisting" in the goal.

| Stick Handle | To maintain individual possession of the puck or ball by controlling it with movements of one's stick, especially to do so in a skillful manner.

| Off-sides | a play is offside if a player on the attacking team enters the offensive zone before the puck, unless the puck is sent or carried there by a defending player.
