Veterinary Technologists | graduate of 4 year BS program in vet tech accredited by AVMA or 2 year program with a bachelor's degree in another program. Responsible for overseeing vet techs, assistants and kennel personnel.

Receptionists | face of vet practice. Greet clients, detail and clarify invoices, receive money, answer phone, schedule appts.

Office manager | responsible for overseeing front office staff and training receptionists.
