Aerobic | steady activity in which the heart can supply all the oxygen the muscles need. Examples are marathon runners, cyclist.

Anaerobic | Exercise that does not require large amounts of oxygen to perform. Like swimming, weightlifting. More muscular strength exercises.

Core Muscles | The muscles of the abdomen and back that hold the body upright

Duration | Time spent doing something (a particular exercise)

Intensity | the level of difficulty of an exercise
