Ready For A New Day   When the facility is opened in the morning, everything should be in readiness. Receptionist or administrative medical assistant, who arrives at least 20 minutes before the first patient, will make a visual check of each rooom to be certain it is ready.

Procedure Manual Purpose   Provides detail information relative to the performance of task within the job description. It serves as a guide to the employee assigned a specific task and may also be useful in evaluation the employee's performance.

W-2 Form   Summarizes all earnings and deductions for the year and must be prepared for each employee by January 31.

W-4 Form   Withholding Allowance Certificates. Indicates the number of exemptions claimed by the employee for income tax purposes.
