| Hitler | Nazi dictator of Germany born in Austria. |
| Mussolini | Italian Fascist dictator. |
| Superpower | Power that is magnified to be better. |
| Treaty of Versailles | Treaty that happened at the end of WWI. It punished Germany and made it go bankrupt. |
| Fascist | A person who believes in or sympathizes with fascism, which is an authoritarian and nationalistic system of government. |
| Totalitarian | An adherent of Totalitarianism, where the central government/leader has total control over the people and everything. |
| Axis | Germany, Japan, and Italy. |
| Allies | US, Russia, UK |
| Concentration Camps | Camps that Jews, Gypsies, homosexuals and others were sent to and often killed. Harsh. |
| D-Day | Beginning of a planned attack |
| Kamikaze | In WWII, Japanese fighters who flew their planes into ships even though they knew they'd die doing it. |
| Navajo Code-Talkers | Navajo soldiers who spoke over the radio in Navajo so that the enemy couldn't understand what they were saying. |
