Olympics A sporting event held every four years to honor the god Zeus.
The people of Athens lived in small uncomfortable houses, but the city's public spaces and buildings were large and beautiful. A city of contrasts
How did Greek gods and goddesses play an important part in the lives of people? Each had power over a specific area of life.
What were Greek gods and goddesses like? Like humans but did not age.
Why did the Greeks go to Delphi? To get advice from Appollo through an oracle.
